Empowerment & Prevention

We partner with schools and community-based organizations to deliver Empowerment and Prevention Programs — fun, interactive group sessions for up to 10 girls that run for 10 weeks or throughout the school year.

These groups are designed to help girls develop healthy coping skills and navigate the challenges of adolescence.

Family Navigation & Therapy

Our Family Navigation program supports parents and caregivers in identifying and accessing appropriate mental health services, helping to prevent unnecessary hospital admissions or readmissions.

Our team of licensed clinical social workers, under the supervision of a licensed psychologist, offers individual, group, and family therapy to at-risk girls. Services are available via telehealth and in person.

Nature-Based Therapy

At our Sullivan County North Campus in Rock Hill, New York, we provide onsite therapeutic programming that incorporates nature, nutrition, animal-assisted education, expressive arts, and movement — all grounded in evidence-based practices.
